StrataSite President Scott Lowry served on the front lines of emergency response during a law enforcement career spanning over two decades. Having served 16 years with his department’s tactical team in several key roles, including SWAT team member and instructor, Lowry has firsthand experience in managing crises, developing practical strategies to meet the unpredictable demands of emergencies, and training others to do the same. He regularly conducts training in all facets of school safety and serves as the lead trainer for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) courses Crisis Management for School Based Incidents and Crisis Management for School Incidents for Key Decision Makers.
