StrataSite® President and Co-Founder Scott Lowry is a retired law enforcement officer from NW Ohio, serving in many aspects including 16 years with the department tactical team in various roles. Scott has worked closely with the All-Hazards Training Center at the University of Findlay conducting training in all facets of school safety. Scott is the lead trainer for DHS course AWR-148 (Crisis Management for School Based Incidents) and MGT-417 (Crisis Management for School Incidents for Key Decision Makers) and has been teaching those classes since their inception (2008/2012).
